Taking names for 7th November

Especially you Jenny :) If anybody would like to go to Boreham on 7th November please put your name below, otherwise we'll probably wait until December.

Also, I have had an email from a lady in Saffron Walden who has a substantial amount of yarn for charity knitting and some knitting mags. Does anybody know who might want them or would they like it for themselves to do some charity knitting? She will deliver I think (I've just read the email but I am confused from too much decorating, lol)

I am still sticking with the 7th November. Can't do December at all.

I think seeing as a live locally I will pop along on the 7th anyway and hope she will have the sock wool with her.

Wish I had my dreaded sock knitting with me now - I am sitting at work doing absolutely nothing!!

Hope Michelle is okay and that baby Thomas is doing well.

OK Linda, I think Vikki takes the sock yarn every time but I will ask her to do that just in case. Just waiting to see if Jenny can make 7th as it's the day before her hols. We can always go more than once too :d Yuck, it's horrid being bored at work, poor you. I hope Michelle is ok too as she was very unwell last week and had to go back to hospital. Michelle, if you're reading please let us know.

Hi all,
Back in the land of the living again! I ended up in A&E and then ICU because of 'Pulminary oedema secondary to acute hypertension' - basically, it involved a blue light ambulance journey, a blurred couple of hours in A&E while they helped me to breath again and a couple of days all wired up to monitors and breathing equipment whilst induring bedbaths and pans! I'm on the mend now with the help of bucket loads of pills and am gradually getting back on my feet and getting to know Thomas again.
I'm hoping to attend the oct 30th meet and I promise to bring pics (Of Thomas, not my stay at Broomfield! lol!)
regards, Michelle

Glad you are on the mend, that was all you needed at this special time.
Just take it easy and enjoy Thomas, all other things will still be there when you feel like doing them.
sending hugs for a speedy recovery.

P.S. You just wanted a ride in an ambulance with a flashy blue light!!!!!!!
